Desert,

Members voted on either the 48/96 or the new 4/8, the results were overwhelmingly in favor of trying the new 4/8. It is now permanent and other than lots of mandatory OT most seem to love it. I think its the best of both worlds, getting a scheduled 8 day every 3 weeks is amazing.
