Default How Long is to Long?

How long is to long to be held at work? Staffing patterns. How long were CDF San Diego employees mandatoried due to staffing patterns this summer when not assigned to incidents? Does anyone believe that this does add to mental Heath issues?

One of few reasons why I left Cal fire. I saw so many family issues come up due to being held on duty over and over. No doubt it adds to mental stress and fatigue. I’ve seen guys roll engines, run their POV into telephone phones. The state won’t admit it, but I personally think it had to do with the multiple staffing patterns
